The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC has denied reports that it raided the apartments of the two sons of PDP Presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
There were reports Monday that the anti graft agency had raided a building in Abuja, housing an apartment occupied by two sons of Atiku Abubakar, over the weekend.
The reports noted that the building also houses an apartment occupied by Chiemeka Orji, son of ex-Abia State Governor, Theodore Orji.
Spokesperson of the commission has blamed journalists for not getting their facts right and leading the public on with false reports.
The commission in a series of tweets also explained the situation leading to the arrest of the son of ex-governor Theodore Orji and not Atiku’s sons.
